The Creme brûlée : In one half, is a white chocolate shell, filled with a golden honey caramel and a white chocolate brown butter ganache, topped with caramelised white chocolate and brûlée sugar.
The Cinnamon Swirl : The other half is inspired by a cinnamon swirl 😍 a mixture of milk and white make up the shell and it’s filled with biscoff and a cinnamon white chocolate ganache. It’s also topped with fudge pieces!
